Content Backups
Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.
The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.
You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payment Failure and Deductions
In the event that a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Refunds for failed payments are typically processed within 2-3 business days. However, the actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unused Credits
Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund for unused ad credits, please contact us at admin@reachbillions.com with your account details and the amount of credits you wish to refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable to payments made directly through our website. If you have purchased credits through a third-party platform or reseller, please refer to their refund policy for applicable terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
You may modify assigned credits or delete your image at any time.
We do not charge additional fees for deleting images from your account. Credits allocated to deleted images will be added to your unassigned credit balance, which can be used for other images or may be eligible for refund per our refund policy.
No-Show Policy
No refunds will be provided for used credits.
Copyright Policy
Intellectual Property Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
If You are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, You must submit Your notice in writing to our copyright agent via email (admin@reachbillions.com) and include a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
DMCA Notice and Procedure

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
