Refund & Cancellation

We maintain a transparent policy regarding credit purchases and campaign management.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails but funds are deducted, we initiate refunds within 2-3 business days.

Unused Credits

Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact admin@reachbillions.com to initiate this.

Campaign Cancellation

Deleting an image returns its allocated credits to your unassigned balance instantly. Used credits are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's entire liability is limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or 100 USD if no purchases were made.
